How much is shipping and where do you ship to?
We offer free next day delivery to the Netherlands on orders over €200 excl VAT and free express delivery to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Norway and Germany on all orders over €250 excl VAT.
For orders under the free shipping threshold please see costs per carton:
Netherlands €14.50, Austria €8.50, Belgium €10.50, Denmark €26.00, France €16.50, Italy €17.00, Spain €18.90, Portugal €18.90, Sweden €21.00, Norway €39.90, Germany €13.50. These shipping prices are all excluding VAT.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm CET/11am GMT will be dispatched the next working day for express delivery.
Orders placed after 12pm CET/11am GMT will be dispatched the day after the next working day. Transit times will depend on your location.
Please note, orders of approximately 15+ cartons will be shipped via pallets, please allow on average an extra 2 days for delivery. Orders will be sent via DHL.
How do I track my order?

Can I get samples sent to me before I purchase?
Absolutely - have a browse of our full range and if there's anything that catches your eye get in touch by creating an account, and we'll organise samples.
Where are you based?
We are a global team with offices in Amsterdam, London and Auckland. All European orders are shipped from our Rotterdam warehouse.

Do you offer custom branding?
Yes, we can custom brand products or create bespoke packaging solutions. Get in touch we'd love to help you and your business.
I'm interested in other packaging products that I can't currently see on your website. Are these available?
Just because you can’t see it online doesn’t mean we don't offer it or can’t make it! Simply get in touch and someone from the team will be willing to help you start your decent packaging journey.
Why do some of your products have the 'Plastic In Product' logo?
The European Commission’s Single Use Plastic Directive (SUPD) ruled that all disposable products sold and used in the EU must display a ‘Plastic In Product’ logo. The SUPD does not differentiate between products containing petroleum plastics or plant-based plastics, meaning that even a product which is certified as compostable still needs to display the logo.
While some of our products fall under this requirement, everything we produce is fully compostable and we believe that the use of plant materials is a much better alternative to oil-based plastics. Have a look at our materials page to learn more. decentpackaging.eu/pages/our-materials

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for all unopened and re-sellable stock within 14 days, no questions asked. If you're not happy with our packaging you can return it for a credit or exchange. There is a collection and re-stocking fee of €15 plus €5 per carton.
