Returns and Exchanges
Our standard returns policy is 14days from the time of delivery for stock which is in a resell-able condition, no questions asked. There is a collection and restocking fee of €15 + €5 for any additional cartons.
Please email hello@decentpackaging.eu with your order number, confirm item(s) to return, reason and a picture of the product.
Once the item(s) has arrived back to our warehouse you will be given a credit note (in the form of a discount code)
